The EBC at re:Invent 2025

The Executive Briefing Center at re:Invent is located on the 4th level of the Venetian Conference Center during re:Invent. This space allows Executive-Level attendees to hold meetings and network throughout the event. Because this program also receives the majority of the same attendees as the Executive Summit program at re:Invent, similar design principles were applied to allow for visual cohesion throughout the event campus.

The goal was to turn the hallway on the fourth floor into a check-in and waiting area for attendees. Two of the alcoves in the hallway had temporary meeting rooms built, as well as 24 temporary meeting rooms placed into 12 of the ballrooms for added privacy. The meeting rooms were outfitted with modular sound-dampening ceiling fixtures to help with sound bleed. Warm wood, square forms, and rigid frames were part of the language carried into this space.
