The Executive Summit 2024

The Executive Summit takes place during Amazon Web Services' re:Invent, a weeklong conference in Las Vegas. This program is meant for approximately 2,500 of the 60,00 total attendees and takes place on the 5th floor of the Venetian Conference Center. Open to only C-Suite and Executive Level attendees who have been invited, The Executive Summit allows for a sophisticated space to connect, network, attend meetings, and listen to speakers curated specifically for this audience.

The selected concept, called "Ebb and Flow", boasted sweeping organic forms from the ceiling to the floor, dynamic lighting, and elevated textures. The scenic design for this space was comprised of three elements: translucent fabric with printed gradients, walnut (veneer), and Molo Walls, a modular paper divider product.
