Executive Summit is an invite-only experience within Amazon Web Services’s AWS re:Invent, curated specifically for senior executives. The environment needed to feel elevated and intentional, distinct from the broader conference, yet unmistakably connected to the core brand.

We extended the year’s visual system through a concept we called Grid & Grain: a disciplined, modern grid softened by the organic irregularity of fabric, texture, and material depth. The result balanced structure with warmth, creating a space that felt both strategic and human.

In a space meant only for a select audience, the event details were key. A hospitality-driven approach was taken, in which florals, furniture, and fixtures created a cohesive and meaningful experience for the Executives at re:Invent.
